Renue Hawaii’s service-link texting program is operated by XX Clean LLC, registered as Renue Systems of Oahu, at 808-556-0747. When you expressly agree during an inbound call, we may send one contact-form link to the mobile number you confirm. This program is for your requested cleaning or restoration inquiry; it does not enroll you in marketing messages.

One link is sent per request. Additional links require another request, so frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can decline texting and use our contact form or email info@renuehawaii.com instead. Calling or supplying a phone number alone is not permission to text.

Reply STOP to 808-556-0747 to opt out. You will receive a confirmation, and no further service texts will be sent unless you re-enable them by replying START. START does not schedule messages or request a new contact-form link. Reply HELP for help, or email info@renuehawaii.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting does not book work, confirm availability, or provide a price.

We ask for permission using this call script: “May I text you one link to our contact form from Renue Hawaii? Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our privacy policy and texting terms are at renuehawaii.com. Is that okay?” We wait for your agreement, confirm a text-capable mobile number, and read it back before sending.
