A Favorable Result Means the Asset May Deserve Further Evaluation

A high Asset Preservation Ratio or large estimated capital deferral does not prove that restoration is technically appropriate. It shows that the financial difference between the modeled scenarios may be large enough to justify inspection, testing, scope development, and validation before replacement is approved.

A weak restoration result does not always mean restoration has no value. A shorter-term corrective strategy may still be useful when a property needs to bridge a renovation date, avoid peak-season disruption, preserve cash, wait for reserve funding, or maintain operations until replacement material becomes available.
